In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, on January 31 at around 01:30 AM, patrol officers stopped a Toyota Camry with the license plate B7777S for driving in the opposite lane.

During the check, the driver claimed to be a former law enforcement officer and showed an ID card No. 46, which indicated the rank of senior lieutenant and the position of "deputy." However, following the verification, it turned out that he had never worked in the security forces.

To avoid punishment, the driver contacted a certain "Bakha bayke" from the UPSM, which led to the latter reaching out to the patrol officers. As a result of the ensuing conflict, the patrol officer stated that the driver had incorrectly conveyed information and still intended to take him to the GOM for impersonating a law enforcement officer.
