Information was received from the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Ata District, where on June 21, 2025, a local resident from the village of Luxembourg reported that citizen I.A. and her accomplices deceitfully took possession of the applicant's apartment at the end of January 2025. After that, they transferred the property to themselves and sold it to third parties.
The total damage caused to the victim amounts to 6 million 991 thousand 200 soms at the current exchange rate.
A criminal case related to this incident has been initiated under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Fraud).
Law enforcement officers were able to identify the suspects: I.A., born in 1995, and M.E., born in 1994. Both have been detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation is ongoing.
