In 2025, the country recorded 4,429 such incidents, which is 16% more compared to the previous year. As a result of these incidents, 313 people died, and the material damage amounted to 2 billion 30 million soms, which is nearly double the corresponding figure for 2024.
In the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, it was emphasized that one of the main tasks for 2026 will be to strengthen measures to prevent incidents, improve the readiness of rescue services, and implement modern risk monitoring systems.
