According to the agency, the organizers of these projects attract people by promising them high profits in a short period of time. They use terms such as "investments," "partnership programs," and "guaranteed income" to entice citizens.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs noted that in the initial stages, participants are paid funds obtained from new investors. However, when the influx of money stops, such schemes usually cease to exist, leaving citizens without their invested funds.
The ministry urges the population to be vigilant, critically assess offers of easy earnings, and not to share their financial and digital data with third parties.
