According to Berdibaev, the incident occurred at the final stop of the route. The schoolgirl fell asleep on the bus on her way home, and the driver, taking advantage of the absence of other passengers, began to engage in unacceptable actions.
The investigation into this case has been opened under Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning lewd acts. The detainee is currently in custody.
Berdibaev also appealed to drivers to comply with the law, maintain order, and show respect to passengers. During the conversation, he also addressed the issue of domestic violence, calling for a rejection of violence in the family.
