According to the city hall, there have been instances where unknown individuals posed as Chyngyz Kemelbekov, the deputy director of the Department of Individual Housing Construction and Urban Development. They demanded money from citizens, claiming it was related to allegedly submitted applications for the legalization of land plots.

The city hall emphasized that their employees never request money over the phone or through third parties. Citizens are urged to be cautious and not to share their personal information or money with strangers.
