According to information, the incident occurred on the night of February 10, when the young men approached the victim, who was in a car with a girl, and claimed that they had recorded "indecent actions" on video. They demanded 100,000 soms in exchange for not posting the recording online.
Under the pressure of threats, the victim transferred 50,000 soms to an account in M-Bank, and the remaining amount was demanded later, with threats of releasing the video.
The arrest took place on February 13, when the suspects received 500 dollars in cash.
The arrested individuals, 18-year-old S.M. from Osh and 21-year-old Ch. uulu B. from the Kara-Suu district, were placed in a temporary detention facility.
