According to information from the GKNB press service, "B.M.B." during the investigation of a serious crime against the sexual integrity of a minor, committed by a group of individuals (including N.E., S.B., and K.Ö.), decided to exempt two of them (S.B. and K.Ö.) from criminal liability, despite the results of the forensic examination confirming their guilt.
Furthermore, the State Committee emphasized that "B.M.B." coerced the minor into giving false testimony to legitimize his unlawful decision in favor of "S.B." and "K.Ö.".
By the decision of the Oktyabrsky District Court of Bishkek, the detained "B.M.B." has been placed in custody in the pre-trial detention center of the GKNB of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The GKNB also reported that the materials of the criminal case regarding the crime against the minor will be further investigated, and all individuals involved in the case will be held accountable.
