
According to the special service, the operation was conducted jointly with the Internal Investigations Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as part of the fight against corruption in law enforcement agencies.
The detainee, born in 1992 — B.M.B., was investigating a serious crime against the sexual inviolability of a minor, involving several individuals, including N.E., S.B., and K.O. Despite the evidence obtained from the forensic examination, the investigator decided to terminate the criminal prosecution against two suspects — S.B. and K.O.
The GKNB stated that to legitimize his decision, the official allegedly coerced the minor into giving false testimony in defense of the released suspects.

The Oktyabrsky District Court of Bishkek decided to place B.M.B. in custody, and he was placed in the pre-trial detention center of the GKNB of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The agency also noted that the criminal case regarding the rape of the minor will be further investigated, and all involved parties will be held accountable in accordance with current legislation.
