An investigator named Ulan, who is also known by the nickname Vaseline and works in the GKNB of the Chui region, was detained by employees of the GUUR of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. He is part of the close circle of Eldar Jakypbekov, the former head of the GKNB in Bishkek. Recordings from the moment of his detention have been widely circulated on social media.
For reference, Eldar Jakypbekov was removed from office and then arrested. By the decision of the Pervomaisky District Court, he was placed in the temporary detention facility of the GUVD until April 15. He has been charged with corruption crimes by the military prosecutor's office.
