The State National Security Committee indicated that the pawnshop acknowledged the existence of violations and the validity of the claims made.
For clarification, a residential house located in the Talas region was returned to its owner, S. U. U. Additionally, ten clients were able to reclaim documents for the property they had provided as collateral.
“Furthermore, the management of the pawnshop expressed its willingness to reimburse borrowers for excessively charged interest exceeding 30% per annum, starting from the summer of 2024,” the press release states.
Citizens can address their issues in the established manner.According to representatives of the organization, they apologized to the victims and promised that in the future they would act strictly in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
