The investigation revealed that in the city of Kyzyl-Kiy, a group of followers of U. I., a notorious member of an organized crime group under the control of "ABD TOR," is actively operating and is connected to the criminal authority Kadyra Dosonov (Jengo). The suspects are involved in a robbery that occurred at the end of last year, in which the victim was S. I. N., a native of the Nookat district. He was robbed of 230,000 soms and beaten. A criminal case regarding this incident was opened on December 28, 2025, under Article 207 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic "Robbery." As a result of operational activities, the following individuals were detained:
- Sh. M. A., born in 1992;
- A. Sh. Zh., born in 2002;
- T. M. I., born in 1999;
- Zh. A. T., born in 1998.
According to the GKNB, the detainees are also involved in the theft of a car worth 150,000 soms from another victim, S. A. K., which was illegally sold, and the proceeds were used for transfers to prisons in the Kyrgyz Republic.
Two of the detainees — Sh. M. A. and A. Sh. Zh. — were placed in the temporary detention facility of the Batken district police department. The investigation is ongoing.
