According to the investigation, a cell linked to a member of the organized criminal group U.I., who is registered with "ABD TOR" as a participant in the group of Kadyra Dosonov ("Dzhengo"), was identified in Kyzyl-Kyia. It is reported that on December 26, 2025, this cell committed a robbery against a resident of the Nookat district of the Osh region, S.I.N., born in 1997, beating him and stealing 230,000 soms.
A criminal case under Article 207 ("Robbery") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic was initiated on December 28, resulting in the detention of four individuals, natives of Kyzyl-Kyia: Sh.M.A. (born in 1992), A.Sh.Zh. (born in 2002), T.M.I. (born in 1999), and Zh.A.T. (born in 1998).
Additionally, it was revealed that to finance members of the organized criminal group serving sentences in places of deprivation of liberty, a car, a "Daewoo Nexia" worth 150,000 soms, was stolen from S.A.K. (born in 2005). The car was sold, and the proceeds were sent to prison as "warmth."
As part of the investigation of the criminal case, M.Sh. and Sh.A. were placed in the temporary detention facility of the Batken district police department.
