
According to the supervisory authority, each of the orphans was allocated 11 hundred square meters of land intended for individual housing construction, and they were also handed state certificates confirming their property rights.
During the inspection, the prosecutor's office found that the rights of the orphans living in the village of Petrovka in the Tort-Gul rural district had been violated, as they had not been provided with land plots in accordance with the established legal procedure.
After the intervention of the prosecutors, all identified violations were rectified.
