Suspected of large-scale fraud
The CEO of OJSC 'Orgtekhstroy', who was wanted, has been detained. This information was provided by the press center of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS).
Service specialists reported that 55-year-old I.K.M. is suspected of committing fraud on a particularly large scale.
As one of the main shareholders and the actual owner of the company, he deceitfully attracted investors. Knowing about the financial problems related to construction activities, he used the assets of his company, which had already been sold to third parties at that time, as collateral. This scheme, known as "double sales," caused significant harm to the citizens of Kyrgyzstan, noted the SCNS.
A criminal case was initiated based on numerous collective appeals from the victims. The suspect had previously been placed on an international wanted list.
The detained individual is currently in the temporary detention facility of the SCNS.
