According to the press service of the Sverdlovsk district police of Bishkek, a suspect has been identified as I. U., born in 1971, as a result of operational activities.
The suspect has been detained in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department.
