The capital is covered with heavy snow
As a result of the recent snowfall, special equipment and teams from the municipal enterprise "Tazalyk" have been actively working in Bishkek since night, as reported by the city hall. The work is being carried out in an intensified mode.
The municipal services have already completed the initial treatment of the roads and continue to clear the streets. Workers are engaged in snow removal from sidewalks, bus stops, and public places.
A total of 126 units of equipment are involved in combating the snow, which includes:
- 45 combined road machines;
- 24 "Belarus" tractors with brushes and shovels;
- 3 front loaders;
- 4 "Hovo" vehicles with blades;
- 2 lap-type loaders;
- 48 road workers.
Anti-icing treatment is carried out as needed, depending on the road conditions and weather conditions.
