During the investigation conducted by the State Committee for National Security (SCNS), facts of illegal privatization of strategically significant water management facilities were revealed.
According to the SCNS, as a result of the inspection, it became known that several service houses and adjacent territories in the Panfilov district of the Chui region were unlawfully registered as private property.
As a result of the measures taken, the area of returned water facilities amounted to more than 11 hectares, and they have once again become part of the state balance.
Efforts to verify and restore the property rights of the state are ongoing.
