At the recent meeting, the interim results of the commission's work were presented, and a report was heard from the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice Ayaz Bayetov, who is also the director of the National Institute of Strategic Initiatives.

Bayetov reported that the commission, established in March 2025, has developed six packages of measures over the past eight months, which contain amendments to regulatory acts and systemic solutions aimed at simplifying administrative processes.

One of the key decisions made at the meeting was the sixth package of measures for debureaucratization. This package includes the implementation of data-driven government principles, as well as the "zero-plus" and "zero bureaucracy" approaches in the provision of public services. In addition, it provides for the automation of tax deductions through the "Tunduk" system, the development of preventive consulting for businesses, tax reform for online trading, and the expansion of the functionality of ELQR QR payments.

It was also instructed to consider the possibility of reallocating compensation for medications in favor of pregnant women and children under six years old, according to the information presented at the meeting.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Adylbek Kasymaliev noted that the adopted package of measures demonstrates a transition to a systemic transformation of public administration. He emphasized that the main focus will now be on the practical implementation of these decisions and achieving concrete results.
