Center specialists emphasize that during holiday periods, the deficit of donor blood usually worsens, as citizens are less likely to donate due to weekends and vacations. At the same time, the demand for blood remains high or even increases.
Those wishing to help can visit the Republican Blood Center located at: Bishkek, Ch. Aitmatov Ave., 60.
The center will be open on the holidays of January 7, 8, and 9 from 08:00 to 14:30. Don't forget to bring an identification document.
Before donating blood, it is recommended to avoid fatty, fried, and dairy foods.
