The Republican Center for Health Promotion has presented recommendations for managing stress during the pre-New Year period.

Experts emphasize that the growing feelings of anxiety, fatigue, and lack of time at the end of December are a natural response of the body to the fast pace of life and increased demands.

According to the center's information, during this period, many people experience an increased to-do list, tighter deadlines, and preparations for the holidays—including buying gifts, cleaning, and organizing family gatherings—can cause significant emotional strain.

Experts from the RCHP suggest several simple and effective methods for reducing stress levels:

Lower your expectations. The New Year doesn't have to be perfect; the main thing is to create a comfortable atmosphere for yourself.

Reduce the number of tasks. Choose three most important tasks; the rest can be postponed or delegated to others.

Don't forget to rest. Just 5–10 minutes of silence, breathing exercises, or a short walk can significantly reduce internal tension.

Pay attention to sleep and nutrition. Lack of sleep and irregular eating can increase anxiety more than external factors.
