On January 14, the first copies of a collection of poems dedicated to the 110th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding Kyrgyz poet Alyku Kul Osmonov were handed over at the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in Hungary. The event was part of the extensive celebrations honoring this important occasion.
According to information from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan, the literary project was carried out under the guidance of the renowned Hungarian Turkologist Shomfai Kara David. Its implementation took place with the support of the Kyrgyz embassy in Hungary, which contributes to the popularization of Kyrgyz poetry and the strengthening of cultural ties between the two countries.
The collection includes translations of key works by Alyku Kul Osmonov, highlighting his profound philosophical thought, humanitarian values, and the cultural characteristics of the Kyrgyz people.
An important role in organizing this project was played by the sponsor, a well-known lawyer and philanthropist F. Papchak.
