The main topics of discussion were opportunities for public-private partnerships (PPP) as well as attracting foreign direct investment. The parties also talked about further developing strategic cooperation in the fields of construction and energy, where Taifaxian Group has significant experience.
Sabirov emphasized that Kyrgyzstan is interested in attracting reliable international investors and is ready to provide favorable conditions for the implementation of investment projects.
He noted: "Our country has adopted a new investment law aimed at creating a transparent investment climate. This law ensures the protection of investors' rights and their investments, as well as opens doors for direct investments and projects within the framework of PPP."
During the meeting, several major investment initiatives were presented, including the construction of the Chatkal and Upper Naryn cascade hydropower plants, the development of the "Ala-Too Resort" tourism project, the creation of the "At-Bashy" International Trade and Logistics Center, as well as the construction of the "Topurak-Bel" wind power station and the implementation of the Turk-Sib — Balikchi railway section and the "Asman City" project.
These projects sparked lively interest from the Chinese delegation, and various formats for the companies' participation in their implementation were discussed, including PPP mechanisms and direct investments.
As a result of the meeting, the parties confirmed their mutual interest in further dialogue and exploring specific areas of cooperation, including projects in construction, energy, and urban infrastructure.
