The delegation from Kyrgyzstan includes the head of the Department of Information Support for the Population of DUMK KR Abibilla aji Kadyrberdiev and the specialist of the department Bayastan Marat uulu. The meeting gathered members of the Fatwa Committee, leaders of religious institutions, and prominent Islamic scholars from Turkic countries.

At the opening of the event, the Deputy Chairman of the DUM of Uzbekistan Zainiddin Eshonkulov emphasized that Samarkand holds significant historical and spiritual importance as one of the central hubs of Islamic culture and the Great Silk Road.
Dr. Mirvohid Azimov, Deputy Secretary General of the OTG, noted the importance of holding meetings specifically in Samarkand, emphasizing that the work of the Fatwa Council is aimed at strengthening spiritual unity and developing cooperation in the religious sphere among Turkic states.
In addition to calendar-related issues, participants are also considering important aspects of Islamic law, including the impact of production costs on issues of "ushr" in agriculture.
There were also discussions about the possibilities and limitations of using artificial intelligence in the processes of issuing and receiving fatwas.
It is worth reminding that last year, the VI summit of the spiritual administrations of the member states of the OTG was held for the first time on the territory of Kyrgyzstan.
