Citizens from all corners of Kyrgyzstan are actively using the "Tunduk" application, and their requests are necessarily considered by the relevant government agencies. According to Aizirek Mamadalieva, head of the customer support department of JSC "Tunduk," the application covers the entire country, making no distinction between the capital and the regions. Currently, it has over 3 million users.
Mamadalieva noted that "Tunduk" is a unique digital service for Kyrgyzstan, playing a significant role in the digitization process. The application offers more than 194 different services, of which 20 pertain to legally significant documents. Continuous efforts are being made to improve service quality and expand the list of services offered.
In 2025, more than 20 new services were added to the system, which are currently in the implementation phase. As Mamadalieva clarified, "Tunduk" continues to be one of the most demanded applications in the country, allowing users to obtain documents, certificates, and make appointments at clinics in electronic format.
Among the most popular online services are the replacement of driver's licenses, registration of vehicle sale and purchase transactions, payment of fines, and issuance of insurance policies.
Protection of personal data is also a priority for the company. Mamadalieva emphasized that "Tunduk" has a special department for information protection, ensuring reliable security of digital documents. The authentication system is developed using complex and secure algorithms. To date, no cases of data leakage have been recorded.
