Illich Kulnazarov, spokesperson for the State Insurance Organization, announced the start of an active information campaign related to the approach of spring.
He emphasized that this event aims to inform citizens and increase the number of insured residential buildings, which is especially important in the context of heightened risks associated with heavy snowfall, landslides, and mudflows. Preventive measures play a key role in protecting citizens' property.

Currently, efforts to clarify the terms of insurance are being intensified in the regions. Local authorities are holding meetings and gatherings to explain the benefits of housing insurance.
Special attention is being given to residents of high-risk areas. They are being informed about how to properly conclude an insurance contract,” noted Kulnazarov.
Regional Risks: Mudflows, Floods, and Landslides
According to Marat Osmonkojo uulu, director of the branch of the State Insurance Organization in the Jalal-Abad region, as a result of heavy snowfall in the Toguz-Toro, Toktogul, and Chatkal districts, many residential buildings have suffered roof damage.
“Currently, we are making insurance payments for the affected houses. At the same time, we continue to inform the population. We are providing examples of families who insured their homes and have already received compensation,” he added.
As of last year, the level of insurance coverage in our region was 40%, which allowed us to be among the leaders,” emphasized Osmonkojo uulu.
