The State Agency for Public Service and Local Self-Government of the Kyrgyz Republic has initiated a competition to form a personnel reserve for junior administrative positions in state and municipal institutions.
According to the agency, the main goal of the competition is to attract professional, educated, and young specialists with digital skills, as well as to ensure transparency and fairness in the selection of candidates.
Advantages of the new approach
The selection for the personnel reserve will be conducted in electronic format through the state portal "E-Kyzmat".
This system: saves participants' time; eliminates the need for personal visits to each institution; reduces additional costs; guarantees openness and a unified selection process.
The rating system will allow candidates to be assessed based on the points received, with those achieving the highest scores gaining an advantage in appointment to positions. This approach aims to minimize the influence of nepotism and promote meritocracy.
