In his congratulatory message, Kasymaliev emphasized the importance of dedication to justice and the law, noting that the judicial system is the foundation of legality and a reliable protector of citizens' constitutional rights.
The head of the government pointed out the necessity of not only deep professional knowledge but also impartiality, firmness of principles, and high ethical responsibility among judges. He added that such dedication contributes to the formation of a legal culture and strengthens public trust in justice.
Kasymaliev also expressed special gratitude to the veterans of the judicial system, whose legacy and experience continue to serve as an example for future generations and strengthen the foundations of national justice.
He noted that from 2021 to 2025, a comprehensive reform program is being implemented aimed at enhancing the independence of the judicial branch and improving the effectiveness of justice. As part of these reforms, the regulatory framework is being updated, and procedures for objective assessment and competitive selection are being introduced.
One of the key areas of reform is the digital transformation of the judicial system, including the development of automated information systems, electronic document management, and the creation of a state registry of judicial acts, as well as services of the "Digital Justice" portal.
In conclusion of his address, the head of the Cabinet of Ministers wished judges and judicial system employees health, success, and well-being, emphasizing that the state will continue its work on improving the judicial system.
