The Presidential Administration in Kyrgyzstan has introduced new standards for public services regarding the issuance of driver's licenses. According to the provided information, these changes are expected to significantly speed up the process of obtaining a license.

According to the project, after successfully completing training at a driving school and passing the necessary exams, drivers will be able to receive their licenses within four working days. There are also plans to introduce expedited issuance, which will allow obtaining a license in three hours or within one to two days.

The document outlines clear timeframes for all stages of the service: 30 minutes for accepting documents, 60 minutes for preparing the result, and 30 minutes for issuing the license.

For online vehicle re-registration, the service will be available within 10 minutes.

For citizens applying through consulates and diplomatic missions, the process will take up to 90 days.

Currently, the document is under discussion and will be presented for consideration to the relevant authorities on April 10. The issue of service costs is being coordinated with the Antimonopoly Service.

As noted in the report, the main goal of these innovations is to improve the quality of public services, reduce queues, and create a more convenient process for obtaining licenses for both citizens and foreign residents.
