In Kyrgyzstan, more than 12,000 premature babies are born each year
According to the Ministry of Health, between 10,000 and 12,000 newborns are born prematurely in Kyrgyzstan each year. This information was announced on November 17, a day dedicated to premature children. This day is celebrated in Kyrgyzstan for the tenth time and takes place at the National Center for the Protection of Motherhood and Childhood. As part of the event, children who were born prematurely and discharged from the neonatal pathology department over the past 10-15 years are invited.
