As part of this decree, an action plan and a matrix of indicators for monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the program were also adopted.
The aim of this decision is to create favorable conditions for active public participation in football, to improve the skill level of athletes, and to promote a healthy lifestyle among the youth.
Government bodies and local authorities, as well as the association of legal entities "Kyrgyz Football Union" (upon agreement), are required to:
1) strictly adhere to the deadlines for implementing the action plan;
2) annually develop and implement their work plans based on the main plan;
3) provide information on the progress of the action plan to the State Agency for Physical Culture and Sports under the Cabinet of Ministers no later than the 5th of the month following the reporting half-year.
The decree will come into effect ten days after its official publication.
