Guadalajara, which will host four matches of the final stage, as well as two playoff games next month, will also be the site of the completion of a major renovation of the famous "Azteca" stadium.
Infantino emphasized: "We fully trust Mexico, President Claudia Sheinbaum, and all local authorities. We are confident that everything will go at the highest level." Ramon Jesurun, head of the Colombian Football Federation, also noted the significance of the tournament, expressing pride in the opportunity to host matches in Mexico and highlighting the immense interest in this event on the international stage.
