From November 4 to 6, a delegation from Kyrgyzstan is participating in the second World Summit on Social Development taking place in Qatar, as reported by the Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic.

As part of the summit, Kyrgyzstan organized a special session titled "Investing in Human Capital: Programs and Best Practices of the Kyrgyz Republic," supported by UNICEF and Marshall Cavendish Education.

This session was dedicated to the main areas of education reform in the country, including the development of human capital, the creation of a fair and sustainable educational system, and preparing youth for the demands of the modern world.

Kyrgyzstan demonstrated how educational reforms are being implemented in the country, particularly the transition to a 12-year education system. Priority areas were also highlighted, such as the establishment of STEM laboratories, ensuring equal access for girls to education, developing preschool education, fostering environmental culture, and strengthening vocational and technical education.

The Ministry noted that no country can tackle educational transformation alone, emphasizing the importance of international cooperation in the face of global challenges and climate risks.

"Investing in education is investing in the future, in a sustainable society and conscious citizens. Education creates opportunities for harmonious coexistence of individuals with themselves, others, and the planet," stated Minister of Education Dogdurkul Kendirbaeva.
