Negotiations were held by Zheenbek Kulubaev
Today, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, Zheenbek Kulubaev, met with Ramil Hasan, the new Secretary General of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States (TurkPA), who arrived in Bishkek on an official visit.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the meeting discussed current issues regarding the state and prospects of cooperation within TurkPA, as well as the further development of inter-parliamentary relations among the member states of the assembly.
Kulubaev congratulated Hasan on his new position and emphasized that the Kyrgyz Republic highly values the development of Turkic cooperation institutions, where TurkPA plays a key role as an important platform for parliamentary diplomacy.
In addition, the minister invited TurkPA observers to actively participate in monitoring the upcoming elections to the Jogorku Kenesh.
In response, Ramil Hasan shared with the minister the work plan of TurkPA for the near future, including the upcoming 15th plenary session, which will be held in Kyrgyzstan in 2026.
