In Bishkek, on November 29, a ceremony was held to lay flowers at the Victory Memorial. The event was organized as part of the visit of a delegation of international observers from the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of the CIS, who arrived to monitor the extraordinary elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh. This information was provided by the press service of the capital's mayor's office.
First Deputy Mayor Mirlanbek Baigonchokov also attended the ceremony, where representatives of the mission, as well as deputies and senators from CIS countries, honored the memory of the heroes who died during the Great Patriotic War.
