The mission of international observers from the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States (TurkPA) conducted a short-term monitoring of the early parliamentary elections held on November 30 in Bishkek, Osh, and Uzgen.

According to the press release from TurkPA, the observation group in Bishkek included: Abzal Kuspan — head of the mission and member of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan, Javanshir Feyziyev — member of the Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan, and Serik Shaidarov — member of the Senate of the Parliament of Kazakhstan. They were joined by Osman Mesten and Mahmut Ridvan Nazyrly — members of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, staff from the International Secretariat of TurkPA, and employees of the Parliament of Turkey.

In Osh and Uzgen, the mission was represented by Mahmut Ozer, Kadim Durmaz, Filiz Kılıç, and Mikail Rahimov — members of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, as well as Farid Abilov, secretary of the Central Election Commission of Azerbaijan, and other staff from the CEC of Azerbaijan, along with representatives from the International Secretariat of TurkPA.

The observers visited various polling stations, monitoring the voting process from the opening of the stations until the results were tallied. During their work, they communicated with voters, local observers, and polling station staff to gain a comprehensive understanding of the election process.
