The allocation of 9 million soms for the purchase of the vehicles became possible after a recent meeting between the ombudsman and President Sadyr Japarov. These vehicles will be distributed among the representatives of the ombudsman in six regions of the country.
Jamila Jamambaeva noted: "This is a significant step in strengthening our activities both as a central office and as regional representations. We will be able to respond more quickly to citizens' appeals and visit remote areas more often, which will ensure more effective protection of human rights and freedoms in different regions of the country."
