During the monitoring, it became known that the old building of the center does not meet modern fire safety standards. Signs of dampness were observed in the premises, leading to the formation of mold on the ceilings and walls. The conditions for storing food also raise concerns, as they may spoil and become unfit for consumption.
Among the findings in the refrigerator were more than two kilograms of sausages past their expiration date, and rodenticides were found near the food. The presence of toxic substances near food poses a serious health threat and contradicts sanitary and epidemiological standards.
According to the law "On Public Health" (Article 57, Paragraph 1), the production and storage of food must comply with technical regulations and not harm human health.
After conducting the monitoring, Jamila Jamambaeva sent letters to the Ministry of Health and the Department of Disease Prevention requesting measures to be taken against those responsible. As a result, according to the Ministry of Health, the deputy director of the center was fined 5,000 soms, and a warehouse employee received a warning.
The Ministry of Health also reported that all violations identified during the inspection have already been rectified. The agency plans to construct a new storage facility, as the old building was recognized as emergency in 2022. Currently, the issue of funding is being resolved.
