During the inspection, significant deficiencies were identified, including the old storage facility's non-compliance with fire safety standards. The center also exhibited increased humidity, leading to mold formation on the walls and ceilings, which negatively affected the storage of food, rendering it unfit for use.
Among other violations, more than 2 kilograms of expired sausages were found in the refrigerator during the inspection, and rodent control substances were located near the food products.

As a result of the inspection, Ombudsman Jamila Dzhamanbaeva sent appeals to the Ministry of Health and the Department of Disease Prevention and Sanitary-Epidemiological Surveillance, demanding action against those responsible.
The Ministry of Health reported that the deputy director of the Jetty-Oguz Republican Medical Rehabilitation Center was fined 5,000 soms for the violations committed, and a warehouse employee received a warning.
Additionally, the agency confirmed that all identified violations have been rectified. It was also reported that the ministry plans to build a new storage facility to replace the old one, which was recognized as emergency back in 2022. Currently, the issue of financing this project is being resolved.
