Dungan woman. Born in the village of Bolshoye Ak-Suu in the Almaty region of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Graduated from KSU (1961), postgraduate studies there as well (1969).
Worked as a teacher, laboratory assistant, senior lecturer at KSU, dean of the music education faculty at OGPI, head of the department, dean of the law faculty at the Karakol branch of the Moscow Institute of Entrepreneurship and Law, and since 1998 - professor of the sociology department, dean of the faculty of management and sociology at BGU.
Specialist in the field of sociology. Awarded the medal of the USSR (1985).
Honored Worker of Culture of the Kyrgyz SSR (1987).
Published more than 90 scientific works, including 1 monograph and 2 textbooks.
