According to Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 840, this step is aimed at developing the educational services market and creating a competitive environment.
The Ministries of Science, Higher Education and Innovation, and Education have been instructed to adapt their decisions in accordance with the new resolution.
The document comes into force 10 days after its official publication in the newspaper "Erkin Too" dated December 30, 2025, No. 103.
List of licensed additional education programs with high risks to health and life
1. Additional education programs in the healthcare sector, including traditional (folk) medicine (by areas)
2. Programs in the field of fire and civil safety, including rescue operations (by areas)
3. Additional education programs in the field of national, military, and criminal-executive activities (by areas)
4. Training in the safe handling of civilian and service weapons
5. Programs in the operation of hazardous and industrial facilities (by areas)
6. Additional education programs in the field of religious education (by areas)
7. Education in extreme tourism and mountaineering, including industrial mountaineering (by areas)
8. Programs in the beauty, cosmetology, and aesthetics industry (by areas)
9. Programs in the mining industry (by areas)
10. Educational programs in psychology and speech therapy for children and adults (by areas)
11. Programs in aviation and space technology (by areas)
12. Educational programs related to food production (by areas)
13. Programs in construction and repair work (by areas)
14. Educational programs in the gas and oil and gas sector (by areas)
15. Programs on radiation, chemical, and biological protection (by areas)
16. Education in woodworking, locksmithing, and welding production (by areas)
17. Programs in the electrical engineering field (by areas)
18. Programs related to the operation of vehicles and aircraft (by areas).
Note. To obtain a license for educational activities specified in items 1 and 6 of this list, it is necessary to submit to the authorized state education body a conclusion from the coordinating state body, formatted according to the established form, in accordance with the Regulation on the licensing of certain types of activities, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Licensing Certain Types of Activities" dated December 14, 2023, No. 678.
