The author of the video noted that such a phenomenon had not been observed at Issyk-Kul for the past 40–50 years. He emphasized that the fry are visible not only in one specific location in Balakchy but throughout the entire water area of the lake.
Additionally, the eyewitness expressed gratitude to President Sadyr Japarov for introducing a moratorium on fishing in Issyk-Kul, adding that this decision could have contributed to the increase in fish population.
