The authorities of Kyrgyzstan are considering the introduction of a residence permit for foreign investors willing to invest between 300,000 to 400,000 dollars in the country's economy. This was announced by Zhalyn Zheenaliev, Deputy Head of the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, on the air of "Birinchi Radio."

This initiative is aimed at increasing Kyrgyzstan's competitiveness in attracting foreign investments. In a context where the total volume of foreign direct investments worldwide is about 1.2 trillion dollars, the republic aims to create the most favorable conditions for potential investors.

According to Zheenaliev, the state offers not only land plots but also an extensive package of benefits. Investors can expect exemptions from customs duties on raw materials and equipment, as well as tax holidays for three types of taxes for up to five years for large, national, and strategic projects, with the possibility of extending this period for another five years.
