The new equipment will be used for the maintenance and modernization of energy networks in the country.
Adylbek Kasymaliev, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, handed over the keys to 37 units of special vehicles to the Ministry of Energy, which will serve the energy sector.
As part of the technical base upgrade of the OJSC "Kyrgyzstan National Electric Network," the following were purchased: 17 JAC-T8 vehicles, 10 JAC-N56 vehicles, 8 SHANMON-388H backhoe loaders, and 2 aerial lifts with a height of 45 meters based on KAMAZ. The total cost of the acquired equipment amounted to 145.8 million soms.
Kasymaliev emphasized that the fleet renewal is part of a comprehensive program for the modernization of the energy sector. The new equipment will be involved in the construction, repair, and maintenance of energy facilities across the country.
It is worth noting that in 2025, over 160 units of specialized vehicles were purchased for the energy and coal industries.
