Ruslanbek Kenjaliev, an entrepreneur from Talas, has developed a new eco-friendly protein from beans after six years of research and practical experience. According to the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources, this product is also known as "nutrition of nomads".

“It has high nutritional value, surpasses meat in satiety, is easily digestible, and is suitable for all age groups, including children and the elderly,” the press release states. Currently, production is done manually, reaching a volume of about 1.5 tons per month, while demand significantly exceeds supply.

According to Kenjaliev, this product is particularly beneficial for people with diabetes, athletes, and those who adhere to a healthy diet.

Bean protein helps lower blood sugar levels, detoxifies the body, and boosts energy levels.

The Ministry of Defense has shown interest in this product and is conducting preliminary negotiations regarding its possible use for feeding military personnel.

To increase production capacity, the entrepreneur plans to build a workshop that will meet HACCP standards. This will protect local farmers from sharp fluctuations in bean prices and open new opportunities for export. If the workshop is successfully launched, production volume could reach 20 tons per month, creating a stable market for local farmers.
