Turkey has entered the top three largest investors in Kyrgyzstan

In recent months, Turkey has significantly strengthened its position in the economy of Kyrgyzstan, becoming one of the three largest investors. In the first nine months of 2025, the volume of Turkish investments nearly doubled, increasing by 95.5%, as reported by TRT.

According to data provided in the official report, the volume of investments from Turkey during this period reached $139.5 million, while in the same period of 2024, it was only $71.3 million.

These changes allowed Turkey to take third place among investors, trailing only behind China and Russia.

In total, in the first nine months of last year, Kyrgyzstan received $885 million in foreign direct investments, which is 18.4% more compared to the same period in 2024.
