The Directorate for Resort Management returned 25 hectares of land to the state

Despite the fact that the new structure was created only in March 2024, it managed to return assets to the state balance in a short period of time, thereby confirming the effectiveness of the new management approach. The transferred facilities were in extremely poor condition: years of neglect in repairs and equipment purchases led to once-successful health resorts becoming dilapidated and unprofitable. At the time of transfer, the total debt for salaries, taxes, and utility payments reached a shocking 90 million soms. However, thanks to strict control and competent management, these debts were fully repaid.

The financial results of the Directorate's work vividly illustrate the end of a period of ineffective management. In 2023, when the facilities were under the control of the Federation of Trade Unions of Kyrgyzstan, they generated only 248 million soms in revenue. However, in 2024, when management was transferred to the Directorate, revenues increased to 486 million soms. A revolutionary success was achieved in 2025: with a planned revenue of 550 million soms, the actual income reached a record 779 million, exceeding the planned figures by 141%. Thus, in less than two years, annual revenue increased more than threefold, transforming former troubled institutions into a significant source of replenishment for the state budget.
