He reported that last year local self-government bodies implemented 89 investment projects totaling 365 million 872 thousand soms, thanks to stimulating grants from the Ministry of Finance. Of this amount, grant funds amounted to 191 million 879 thousand soms, while the own funds of the ayil okmotu reached 173 million 993 thousand soms.
Sanjar Zhantaev emphasized that the representative office is actively initiating new investment projects without waiting for investors to be invited.
The main areas of international cooperation for the Chuy region include exchanging experiences with developed regions of other countries in areas such as trade, economy, science, technology, social issues, and culture, as well as enhancing the investment potential of the region, he noted.
According to the official, the Chuy region is currently actively cooperating with the Leningrad region of the Russian Federation and Chinese provinces such as Shandong, Shanxi, Gansu, and Xinjiang.
