
The city hall shared plans for budget utilization
In 2026, it is expected that the budget revenues of Bishkek will exceed 32.9 billion soms. This forecast was announced at recent hearings on budget issues in the city hall.
The planned funds will be used for various projects, including the construction and repair of roads, improvement of engineering networks, major repairs of social institutions, as well as landscaping and greening of urban areas.
The First Deputy Mayor, Mirlanbek Baigonchokov, noted that over the past five years, the city's budget has tripled, and the revenues for the past year amounted to 30.5 billion soms, which is 1.1 billion more than planned.
