In Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Investments, Industry and Trade has signed an agreement with Aviagen Broiler Breeding Group, a leading American company in poultry breeding. According to information provided by the Presidential Administration, this project aims to create a modern full-cycle poultry cluster.
For the implementation of this large-scale investment project, a land plot of 88 hectares has already been allocated. In the first phase, it is planned to attract foreign investments amounting to 40 million US dollars. It is expected that after reaching its design capacity, the cluster will be able to produce up to 4.5 million broiler carcasses per year, significantly enhancing food security and expanding the country's export opportunities.
Despite the agreements reached, official authorities have not yet provided information about the exact location of the future complex, as well as the timelines for the start of construction and the commissioning of the facility.
